ORDERING INFORMATION
AVAILABILTY
Click contact us for worldwide listings of sales offices and
distributors. It is recommenced that orders for less than 500 pieces
of standard products be placed with your local distributor.
WARRANTY
PowDec warrants each power supply for three years from date of
original shipment. This warranty applies to defects in materials and
workmanship that result in non-performance to published
specifications. PowDec assumes no liabilities for consequential
damages of any kind through misuse of its product by any user. No
other warranties are expressed or implied.
REPAIRS
Please call our product repair department for a Return Material
Authorization (RMA) number before returning products for in and out
of warranty repair. AC & DC power supply should be returned to our
San Jose, CA facility by prepaid freight. Products purchased from a
distributor should be returned to that distributor for in-warranty
returns.
MEDICAL APPLICATIONS
PowDec products are not authorized for use as critical
components in life support systems or equipment used in hazardous
environments without the express written approval of the President
of PowDec Technologies (USA), Inc.
TECHNICAL REVISIONS
The appearance of products, including safety agency
certifications pictured on labels, may change depending on the date
manufactured. Specifications are subject to change without notice.
